Preserving and Protecting Fathers Rights

Our Mission:

Dadvocate is an organization designed to support fathers during and after a custody case.  We seek to guide men toward resources that will expedite the initial filing of a case.  We also provide support during this time through bi-weekly meetings and providing clothing and supplies to the men we serve.  Through these efforts, we hope to help shorten the length of time it takes for a father to create or maintain a meaningful relationship with his child or children in the midst of his case.  Any and all of the information contained in this website is not meant to be a substitute for legal advice.

MEETINGS

Dadvocate currently holds meetings at 5:30 p.m. every other Wednesday in suite

201 in the Holland Building of downtown Springfield.  Our meetings are informal and open to all men who are dealing with or have dealt with a difficult custody case.  In our meetings we discuss common issues, resources for dads,  personal experience, and how to help other fathers in our community.  We are going to start our 2014 meeting schedule on January 8th and meet bi-weekly after that excluding major holidays.  Please "like" Dadvocate on Facebook for our latest news.  Thank you!
